How to display different error messages for different actions ?

Is it possible to control the error messages in vbulletin ?

If the user is not authorized to post message in a specific forum category, then he/she will get "you are not authorized to post message here..." error message.

If the user is not authorized to view the threads in a category, then he/she will get the "you are not authorized to view the threads in this category" error message.
