Polls Problem

After users vote on a poll, it redirects to the wrong thread (that also has the poll,instead of the poll it's supposed to have).The vote is still counted but now the poll is in 2 different threads.This make sense?Either way,I have no clue where the problem would be.

Have you tried a search over on vb.com for this issue cuz I am pretty sure I saw this exact issue talked about over there (I forget what the solution was though, but I know it was solved).
