Change of the user's group

I look for to change of the user's group the mods for my moderators.

Its alright i believe if i understand you correctly you are wanting to change the Title of the usergroup mods to moderators?

The way to do that is...

AdminCP> UserGroups> Edit "mods"

then you change the title of it there.

I look for modification which it will permit moderators to alter groups users:)
