Having problems in admincp

Cant uninstall any mods or add new one having fatal error even when i change the style templates i have a fatal error

The errors are Fatal error: Call to undefined method vb_activecache::flush() in /home/tamilmp3/public_html/forums/includes/adminfunctions_template.php(1014) : eval()'d code on line 4

Please help me out urgent

looks like a custom template issue - I would suggest to revert back to the system default template by disabling the custom template.
