What nameservers do you need to point to what IP?

The IP of your hosting account? Of your local internet connection?

Do you have a domainname purchased? Where?

1. visit the registar site that you registered your domain at and create your new NS's
ns.yourdomain.com
ns1.yourdomain.com

2. edit the new NS's and set their IP's to your new one.

3. edit your DNS record on your new server and add the NS records for the new NS's

4. from the cmd line, reload the records: ndc reload (sometimes rndc depending on OS, linux or debian) or just restart named/bind again dependant on OS.
