User Group Privileges

I would like to allow certain (trusted) user groups to be able to create/manage forums & boards. From what i can tell, the only group allowed to do this is the Admin group. Is there a setting or permission that I am missing that i can toggle to allow another group access to this funtion? or is the Admin the only one able to do it?

You can add users to the admin usergroup, then limit the options they can access: Administrator Permissions (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/usergroup_admin_perms)

Yes.

AdminCP > User Groups > Administrator Permissions

But first you NEED to add the user to the Admin Group.
