Transferring

Well as i realized that the host im paying for now is terrible blocks certain modules for vbulletin i decide to get my refund and get a host that allows them.

But the issue is transferring. What is the best? Easiest? Fastest way of transferring the who forums over?

1. Do i have to reinstall everything?
2. Do i have to start over on the forum module/skin part?

Or is it as simple as click and drag? then download and upload sql database?

Inform me please need this before really switching.
