Automatic Post/thread generator

I want to be able to schedule a couple of posts that happen every month. Not sure if I'd be able to accomplish this via Scheduled Tasks.

I want it done without input from me. Here's the deal. We have a "rig of the month" contest every month, and I need a post on the 20th of every month to solicit for nominations. I often times forget to post in time, due to work or whatever else, so I want this automated.
