professional consulting for vbulletin

I am looking for a professional developer who has done it all with vbulletin, vadvanced, vblogs etc. I cannot seem to access the area specifically for this because we have no license yet. We will not purchase vBulletin until we have a consultant retained who can answer our questions etc. We are not looking for el cheapo help. We have developed lots of software but need someone to handle these issues for an upcoming project. professionals only please, no part timers.

Guys this site is a great resource but not having a way for folks without a license to make contact with those that CAN consult is a bit problematic. Response is appreciated.

You can't pm an unlicensed member and you've disabled emails. How is that pro dev supposed to contact you? :p

yes this is a request for business - as I said in my original post if there is a better place for this I apologize, but without a license we cannot access that portion. we need a consultant.
