Hmm - When a user gives someone rep it seems to go up by 4 points, i only want it to go up by 1, how do i change that?

I use Enhanced Reputation Checks (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=199977) on my forums. You can set a cap on reputation to 1 so no matter what that's all that's given.
