Usergroup Help

I've created new usergroups and made promotions based on basecount, but how do I update all users so they fall into the right usergroup ?

Please if you could go into more detail, cause if you made promotions based on what you want, then when the users meet the qualifications they will automatically fall into the group.

The forum was imported from IBP to vb 3.8 using impex.

I did the update counters but there still stuck in the member usergroups.

Ohhh imported, umm i do not know much about it. First recommendation is contacting a vbulletin programmer or impex coder of some sort to help you sort that stuff out.

Did you try manually running the Scheduled Task that does the Promotions?
