how do i decrease width of forum

the last post column is too far to the right, how do i get it more to the left ?

It appears in the right location to me, do mean the "width" of the lastpost column?

To me it looks like your allowing to many characters to be viewed before vb wraps the title of the thread/post.

Check the admincp and decrease that number.
