New Created Forums Not Showing

I have tried to add about 5 to 7 new forums/cats to my vBulletin and they are not showing up at all. They are in the database, but will not show. I have even tried opening all permissions up for all user groups....and that still didn't work.

Got any suggestions???

I really need to figure this out before launching my new skin/layout for my website.

Did you add them through the standard Admin CP interface?
Create a new style with no parent set - do the forums appear on this new style?
Add this to the end of your config.php, disabling all modifications:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Also, double check in your AdminCP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager for each forum that "Forum is Active" is set to "Yes." If it's set to "no," the forum is still there, but is invisible (even to Admins) without a direct link to it.
