How to exclude some forumdisplay from index.php

I would to do it like here in vb.org.

Example: On your https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/index.php is this (Sub) Forum "vBulletin Modifications" = https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=198 not displayed. How can I do that?

In your AdminCP, the forum you want to hide from the main listing, look under "Posting Uptions" in the forum manager for that forum for
Forum is Active (Will not appear if set to no, but remains accessible if the forum's URL is known)
Set this value to "No." :)
