Change forum link color?

The main page of the forum I'm running has a few subforums and forums, but it also has a link to another site. How can I make this specific link stand out, by changing the color? There is only one link to another forum as a forum, so it doesn't matter if this change is made only to it or globally.

vBulletin have a forum link statusicons image. but if it is text link to make it stand out we must find and altered the forum link code in some templates under forumhome templates and assign css class into it. I never done it.
