Doesn anyone know anything about this.

Everything seems to be working except giving gifts and ribbons...I get this message when trying give them as gifts.....


The item you are trying to purchase is not found.

All items are set to active, ive restocked all items manually, but they dont show. Thoughts?


And yes ive posted this on vbplaza.com but they are a little slow with support.
