Paid USD 50 - but no informaton

I paid the USD 50 to get instructions on how to remove the bottom text, copyright info etc.
Paid by PayPal and was promised on the page to get instructions by email.
But I have received no instructions after 14 days.
Who can I email to request the instructions on how to remove copyright text?
