I would say try to CHMOD your directories to 755 and see if that fixes your problem

I would say try to CHMOD your directories to 755 and see if that fixes your problem
It could be this or on your host's end. I have had both situations.

Basically, the easiest way is to log into your FTP client (I prefer FileZilla) and an the directories you want to CHMOD, right click and select properties or permissions, whatever it comes up as and change to 0777 or 0755

most of the folders are 0705 should i change them to 0755 ?

Also have a look at your Apache error logs.
Why not follow this advise. It should have been the first you had done. All other actions, like changing permissions, are only guess work and might have nothing to do with your problem. Instead of making random changes, please check first in your logfiles what the real problem is.
