I realize that a user can set this manually in user CP, but how do I set this up in the CPanel so it automatically sets this without every user manually doing this.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options -> [X] Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default
