Approve posts

Hi guys, I´m having a problem with the permissions of a forum, first I choose:
Moderate Posts
Moderate Threads
Moderate Attachments

then when I want to change those settings, I select the NO option, it doesn´t change, they continue posting and I have to approve all posts, what else can I do, to delete the "yes" option.

ACP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit usergroup -> follow forum rules -> Yes
