I want to edit the title of this box, the one that says 'vbulletin message', here is a screenshot of what I mean. Also my website is Web Design Forums (http://www.codershangout.co.uk/)

But I only want to edit the hightlighted bit, only on the ban viewing message page.

First you need to figure out what the name of that template is that spits out the message. To find the template, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.
