Colour options

At the bottom of this forum is a colour option (see below!) where you can change the basic colours by clicking on them.

I bought VB 3.8.2 and it doesnt have this option. Is it a mod? If so, where can I find it!

Also, I tried installing some templates for changing colours but they delete any other mods that have been installed previously such as V3arcade. (not relay delete, just dont show the tab to click through to the mod!)

Any advice? Need simple way to change colour of forum!
