Is there any way to change Minimum Time Between Threads ?

Yes but i wan't to make minimum time between post and minimum time between threads to be different. Like someone can post in a thread for 120 sec and can create threads for like 30 minutes.

You may be able to write a plugin to change that option time when someone is in the newthread.php page. I'm really not sure, but you can try that.

Heh i think i am not that advanced in php to make that kind of plugin :(
