hey guys i realised that my forum only people with javascript enabled on there desktop can view my forum. how do i change the settings so people that havent enabled javascript will be able to view my forum.

Have you got a lot of modifications on your forum that work with AJAX and such features?

chatbox
advanced forum stats
paypal donate
merge double posts

Users who don't have javascript enabled should be able to view a default vbulletin forum. If you have modifications installed that require javascript, then there really isn't much you can do about that except perhaps modify the modifications.
