Which Paypal Donation is on VB.ORG?

I noticed on the USER CP menu dropdown, there is a EDIT DONATION OPTION. Looks like it allows members to donate to another member. Could someone tell me which modification is this? It'd be nice to allow members to donate to other members for their help.
