bbcode only for mods/admins?

Is there a way to make certain bbcodes only available for mods/admins?

I don't believe this is available as a standard vBulletin function (although IMO it should be). There are (I believe) modifications for this though!

Do you know if there's a mod for 3.8? I have been looking and can't find one.
