PSN Trophies

Okay, So I thought to myself running a gaming website with just having an xbox leaderboard isn't really just all around gaming?

So I was wondering if anyone could make a Playstation Network leaderboard it would allow users to add their trophies they earned.. And In the admin panel we could add the trophies. and then the more a user has the higher they go up.

I don't believe this can work with PSN network as it isn't like Xbox Live since its free. I may be wrong, but I have been told by gamer forum admins that, this is the situation.
