problem in upgarde

hi
i have this problem when i upgarde my forum ..i get messege delet install & php.ini when i delete that and click continue in receive this err

Only delete the install.php file, when I upgrade I delete it before running the upgrade.
You will need to upload the other files you deleted, I would suggest you remove the install.php file then upload the full contents of ./install folder, then rerun the upgrade routine.
