I added a header from another website, then added a link to that websites css,
it appears to conflict and changed a whole bunch of stuff.
Is there a way to do this?
That is using two css groups?
I'm new at this so be easy on me!

That other website isn't going to be too happy about you linking to their css. That's a big no-no unless you've got permission.
The way to do this would be to change one of the stylesheets - yours or theirs - to not have any of the same classes.

Sorry should have said both are mine, do you think they are using the same class names?
If so is a matter of sorting them out?
Is there a list of the classes on 3.8.3

It could be the same class names. But, it could be just defining something as simple as a <p> tag or <td> tag. You need to do something about that - like either split it out of one of them, or redefine those tags correctly in the css style called last.
You can see a lot of the classes in vb in the Style Manager > Main CSS and Toolbar Menu Options pages.
