Ignore PM only?

Is there a mod that will ignore pm's from a user, but not ignore their posts. I have members that do not want to receive PM's from someone, but are concerned if they ignore someone completely, they might post something that is of a private nature about them. Since they won't be able to see it, they won't be able to report it.

In their User CP, they can limit PMs to only people on their Contact list.
