PM Pop up notification?

I cannot find this mod anywhere, where when a new pm is sent you get a pop up message. Help? :D

Go to Vb option ->>>> user Registration opt

scroll down then see Default Registration Options
in there click
Pop up a Notification Box When a Private Message is Received

and then save
