I now have myself as a moderator per forums. When I am not assigned. Also a " , " is before a user has been mentioned. How do I fix this?

That must be a modification you are using because it isn't standard vbulletin code. You should ask for help in the modification thread. I'm guessing it is something in your template, so take a look at the templates for that part of your page.

Is there any other possible errors?

With the amount of information you have posted regarding it, I really don't know.

I don't understand how the modification could change how the Moderators are displayed though? The code is pretty much correct, I thought perhaps there was an option in which I didn't show.

You've got an extra comma showing up in there. It's coming from somewhere - either your code or your template. There is no option that says "please add an extra comma into the moderator list".

I've actually managed to remove the comma. But I don't know why my name is showing up in all the forums as a moderator? It's weird. Any suggestions?

Check admin cp > forums & moderators > show all moderators. Do you show up as a moderator in all those forums on the Moderators list there?

Check, I'm not.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If that doesn't fix it, then we really need to see the code you are using to output the moderator names.

I temporarily disabled. It didn't do anything. How do I look at the code using to output the moderator names?

Here's the image of what happened once disabling:

Thoughts?

Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Now, turn off your plugins again and browse the site using this totally default vbulletin style with the plugins off - does your name still show up under every single forum as a moderator?

I really don't know what to suggest here because you are using a modification to make the forums look like that and you have a custom template that you created. You may have to go through the code and debug it to figure out why it is putting your name in every spot.

Just did what you said, and it's still up. Where would you recommend to start this looking for the bug? I seriously have no idea.

I don't see a default style on your site at all in the style dropdown. What was the result?

I really don't know where you should start looking. I don't know the code for that modification at all. But I guess that is what I would start with.

It's private I can link you to the style if you please? It came up exactly the same, with my name in the text. I have to add a function to the includes/functions_forumlist.php file. Would the problem possibly be in there? I've been looking but haven't been able to find anything.

If the style is not viewable to the public, then simply giving me a link won't allow me to view it. But, even if you gave me a link, I wouldn't be seeing it with your plugins off also since it's obvious you still have them on.

You can start by looking in that code. I don't know how to tell you what to look for. I'm big on spitting out variables left and right when I debug, but everyone has their own style that works for them.
