Need information regarding a mod

Hello,
I during surfing through a site exbii.com seen that they have a file hosting system with domain name filesquick.com. And also there is a torrent system. I want to know which mod they are using as intregating a filehosting site with using same username and password provided on the main site and controlling the downloads by alloting bandwidth by credits syatem.

Note: Its a adult site.

You should ask the admin at the site what modifications they are using. (We can't see the mods anyway since you must be logged in.)

I was wondering that it was Download II mods which list the downloads and save them as a thread as on individual. But was not confirmed that this mod has bandwidth management system too.
