View Full Version : How to Change vBulletin URLs from Thread Numbers to Titles?

Hi Guys,

I'm fairly new to vBulletin but I've noticed that on onther forums (like this one) the URLs are the keywords in the thread title (or subforum title).

By default the URL for a thread is a number like this...

http://www.mywebsite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=420


How do I set it up so that the URL has keywords like this...

http://www.mywebsite.com/forums/thread-titles

Um, no, this site doesn't do that.

Anyway, it's SEO that does that, so you need some sort of seo mod.

There is also Zoints (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=202739) which is free, but it looks like it has been abandoned.
