Posts Per Month instead of Posts Per Day in statistics ?

Hi,

I need a mod that will calculate and display the nb of Posts Per Month instead of Posts Per Day in statistics.

And a way to find out quick how many members on my board are running below a given average nb (like who is below 8 posts a month average).

Running 3.8.1 Patch Level 1
