Inferno Shoutbox /Prune [Username] Dont Work?

Ok well i was just wondering how does the command /prune [username] work in vBulletin?

How do i type it in the command , i tryed lots of ways and they dont work such as

/prune [myname]
/prune myname
/prunemyname

if anybody could explain how this works it would be great because i hate prune'ing the entire shoutbox :( =\

Do you have Inferno shoutbox lite? If so thats the reason. Lite version does not have /prune or /silence.

The pro version is near impossible to find anymore they stopped selling it they sell there new one now.
