$foruminfo[forumid] don't work

I have a new thread image and since I upgrade to 3.8.3 this code "<a href="newthread.php?$session[sessionurl]do=newthread&amp;f=$foruminfo[forumid]">" don't work. In the navigator I only see "newthread.php?do=newthread&f=" and I get an error.

Where is the problem?
