How do I add a vbmenu when users click a username on threads?

Hello,

I have installed the Ban users from a thread modification but my forum doesn't have the quick user options. Example:

I mean, if anyone could link me to where to add the quick user options (or what ever its called) popup menu - it would be awesome!

That was the example. For my board, when we click a username it goes straight to the profile, but it doesn't show the vbmenu/quick user options...I wanted to add a vbmenu when users click a username like the attachment above.

is that not something to do with the style on your board
