I have uploaded all the files in the vBulletin 3.8.3 upgrade package. ( ASCII )

Before i can begin the upgrade i get this error.

what is the link you are pressing? the upgrade link or the install link?

you get the above screen when you point browser to domain/install/upgrade.php ?

i have the same problem when i want to install vba Dynamics .
