Where Social Groups in control panel?

I can't see Social Groups option in control panel profile: see this attachments.

Do you have them turned on? Did you update your templates when you upgraded your vB?

Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you see it now?

I try with Style to 3.8.3 and I can't see this option.

Do you have social groups enabled?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Profile Options -> [x] Social Groups.

If that box is ticked and you still don't see it, then check usergroup permissions:

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit:
Can Join Social Groups
and
Can Create Social Groups
... must be enabled.
