Disable FONT color and style

I want to disable it for all except staff (AM, SM, M). Some people cant help themselves by posting in pink constantly which IMHO makes the place look tacky.

I know you disable it completely from here
vboptions > BBCode Settings > Enabled built-in bbcode tags > allow color bbcode >

But this stops staff doing it aswell.

Perhaps turn it off and then create a plugin, check the usergroup, and if is it Staff, enable the option.
