HTML Markup Help?

What would i put in the 1st and 2nd box of HTML Markup to underline my name in red and have it italic and bold WITHOUT it doing it for everybody elces ?

I Really suck at it so any help would be greatly appreciated

I Want it like this

You would make the edit to the Administrator group and then it should only mark up the administrators.
First box: <span style="text-decoration:underline; color: red; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">
