Hi,
Some of my users cannot use the last post button. It does not direct them. Can someone explain how I can fix this.

It is not everyone. I can use it and I believe others can to.

Thank you,

Scott

Where does it take them? You'll need to see what the page source looks like for them in order to figure out what the problem is. Do you have a totally default skin available for them on the site to use? Set that up, have them switch to it, and then see if the button works for them. If not, as I said, you need to see what the page source looks like to see what is going on.

To create a totally default skin, you would create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

ok just got the response.

on firefox it is a white blank page.

on IE it directs them to the main tr page. The main page of the forum.

Like I said this does not happen to all so I have no clue.

Thanks.

It sounds like the clue is in the page source. You need to see what the link says in there.

You may also want to look at your error_logs and see if there is anything in there. If you don't know where they are, ask your host.

This may or may not help - here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages
