Drop down menu for "Search" and "Quick Links" not showing in IE

Need some help here, for some reason the drop down menus for Search and Quick Links don't show up in IE when clicking on them.
They work fine in firefox.
It's a custom theme, what could be wrong?

You should compare the code for your new style navbar links to the default Jelsoft navbar links. Or, go back to the style designer and ask him to fix it for you (if you paid for it).
