My time is messed up??

Ok I checked my settings and it says that my time is set for the time zone I am in, but its saying it is 2:15am was the last time I was active on the site today, and well its 6:59pm now, so that is not right at all. Hmmmm? Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Ok well I checked a post I made the post have the correct time but it says my last time to visit was 2:15am does this mean like the last tiem before now I logged in?
