Subscription Scheduled Task?

Users are reporting on my forum that email notifications on their subscriptions are inconsistant. I've just tested it myself and I haven't even received an email notification on the new posts.

What is the scheduled task for this? Any reccomendations?

Go to scheduled tasks and ensure theres a tick next to

Subscriptions
Once per day, this script removes expired paid subscriptions as well as sends out reminders about soon to expire subscriptions.

Then click Save enabled status.

Yeh, I thought that was it too but surely that's for paid subscriptions? a totally different feature than what i'm seeking help for. Email notifications on subscriptions to threads etc. is what I require help for.
