There are many things you can do. For starters though you're going to need to open up your thread content to guests.

I can see your threads. But I don't see what that has to do with that page. What is it about that page that you are wanting? I think Princeton has a link in his profile to an article on how to make a page with that sort of layout. I'd guess there is a query to grab the staff members from each of those user groups and then a template for each profile.

What was used to achieve this?I believe the one used here at vB.org is custom code but there are some hacks out there like this one by Hasann (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=184491) that will give you similar functionality.
