Where are the files located if I choose to edit the CSS files myself as opposed to going thru my ACP?
Thanks!!

You can see where they are located when you view your page source.
clientscript/vbulletin_css
However, I think you'll screw things up if you manually edit it. But, you can try it on your test site.

There's only one Firefox document in there no CSS.
Also,
When I try to edit the CSS thru my ACP this happens (see screenshot)

Happens de temps en temps, try clicking a different "Save" button. Or contact your host.

If there is nothing in that folder, then you aren't storing the css in the filesystem.
Regarding the suhosin error message, it tells you to increase the values of a couple of variables. So, either do that or have your host do that if you can't.
