human verification problem

does not matter which human verification setting I choose (except disabled)
if I use recaptcha (register/keys entered in properly) or image or even Q & A, it will NOT display it during registration and contact us link ( the two i have human verification set to use )

the problem pertains to the skin we are using as it works fine with default vb skin

Can anyone enlighten me as to how I could possibly fix it up
tried contacting company who created the skin but to no avail
still no contact back as of yet

any help would be appreciated
sounds liek a simple template edit but unknown !!

ok, well in case this happens to someone else, here is how i fixed it

noticed $human verification was missing on register and conactus templates on the skin and just added it in approx same location as it was in default skin and works like a charm now

using recaptcha !
