Great job. The header looks great, the navigation is all there.. simple to use. That's exactly what I like to see in a forum.

The few things that I don't like:

The placement of the ads (little width banners centered in your content area )
Scrolling marquee / welcome guest box (well, for starters.. scrolling marquees are the worst things since sliced bread.. But the welcome guest box doesn't seem relavent with the nice "Welcome" image you have under the navigation)
Latest album pictures being displayed before the forums. You want visitors to scroll less. I'd put the latest images either at the bottom of forumhome, or in a right / left side column.

Seriously though, the site looks really good. The amount of time you spent on customizing the messy default templates does pay off. I enjoy seeing stuff that is outside of the boring / common color changes and / or purchased premade skins.

I have to say that that is one of the coolest sites I have seen in some time! Great work all around!

I also agree with what KT said..well everything that KT said haha ;)

Thanks Guys! I appreciate your honest feedback and will adjust accordingly...excellent observations!

Do you guys have a recommendation on the ads within the threads?

They arent blending well, is it just that they are shorter/smaller or is the placement crappy?

Hmm.. You know, I think it might work better if you rework the postbit template a bit. Make them more separate and apparent.. Then if you place ads after every five posts or so, display just the ad, not a fake postbit that contains the ad. Does that make sense?

I can create a quick sample of what I kind of mean if you want.

Also, you may want to change the wording of "User CP" to something like.. "my account" or maybe even make a link like that up next to the username when you're logged in. "User CP" seems to be a vBulletin slang term -- (sorta?) and may confuse members as to what it actually is.

That and.. maybe add to your FAQ section so it's more personal to your site. Perhaps adding a "Growing FAQ" part to it or something?
